|Recommended: YesOverall, we enjoy living here. The rooms are nice, we enjoy having a washer dryer in unit, and the management is attentive to concerns. I do wish there was maybe some more events put on by the complex for residents to get to know each other grill out or tennis pickleball or golf competition . But we love living here and have enjoyed our three years here

|Recommended: YesWe’ve lived at Creekside for 6 months now, and overall it’s been a great experience. The property is clean and well-maintained, and we’ve especially appreciated the friendly staff, quick maintenance.
The management team is helpful and easy to communicate with, and any issues we’ve had were addressed promptly. We feel safe in the community.
We’d definitely recommend Creekside at Anderson apartment complex to anyone looking for a convenient, family-friendly, modern place to live.

We absolutely love it here Any maintenance issues have been addressed and resolved in a timely manner. The staff are all wonderful, the grounds are maintained beautifully, the community is great and everyone is so friendly Improvements are frequently being made, communication is top notch, and the price for what you get - especially in this area -cannot be beat.

I am continually impressed by the updates made periodically to the community grounds, how clean the grounds are kept, and how responsive maintenance is. This community is the perfect blend, being in a safe wooded area with close proximity to the city and local community activities. This is my 2nd winter here and my apartment has always been kept warm and dry.

|Recommended: YesClassic — Telegraph Hill apartments have a classic look. The location is great, being nestled in an older neighborhood in Anderson Township, and very affordable.
It's kept well, quiet and cozy.

|Recommended: YesThe criticism is small, but I would have wanted to know this you can’t navigate to the resident portal from the website like you used to be able to do. There are a lot of kids here and yet the playground is being removed with no notice—which is odd since that has never been a problem before. There is no way to pay your rent that doesn’t carry a “convenience” fee. And I can only speak to my unit, which is not remodeled, but it is very difficult to push plugs into a lot of the outlets, and since 90 of the unit is carpet the bad smells from previous tenants’ smoking has lingered for over a year and we haven’t been able to get it out.
The bad is just annoying at worst, and the good far outweighs those things rent is reasonable, especially for the size. Maintenance is quick and helpful, and issues with things like heat and A C are taken seriously and fixed quickly. The people in the office are very nice and very helpful and the communication is usually prompt and beneficial.
Hi Sarah, thanks for taking the time to offer all the good feedback! We are actually in process of updating a few of the amenities and removing the playset was the start of the process. To avoid the $1.95 convenience fee you can set up auto pay and then the payment is free. The outlets in your home might have a TR on them meaning Tamper Resistance. It is a safety feature to keep someone from putting the wrong thing in the outlet and get shocked but it is harder to plug in things too. If there is one that just doesn't work right, let us know and we would be happy to take a look!

|Recommended: YesFirst Impressions after 1 month — Overall, It's been great. The place is quiet and the neighbors are pretty nice. The office staff is quick to respond to issues as well. The outside could be cleaner. There's definitely too much garbage and litter outside for my taste and I've often found myself picking up after my neighbors because I don't want the place to look trashy. Laundry on-site is priced fairly. Parking is not a problem, although I still have yet to receive my parking pass. But again, overall, I'd definitely recommend this apartment complex to others and have no major issues at this time.
